You're like a godsend lol I've been wanting abetter alt than the one I have for a while but everytime I've found one I didn't have spare cash and vise versa. Finally I get one. He told me the alt would be shipped today but did not realize I had payed with echeck which takes 3-5 days to clear. He apologized several times for the inconvenience and said he would be shipping a few extras aka couple runs of 2/0 along with the alt for the inconvenience. Outstanding guy here. Best non-company customer service I have ever experienced. The extra couple of days really wasn't a big deal to me but he went above and beyond.
