I mean come on Apple, You cant even set a wallpaper for your background! Really!?! I've had $20 cell phones that can do that. Go check out this guy. He has good tutorial videos. Premier Posted March 21, 2010 Report Share Posted March 21, 2010 that last one is badass. unfortunately for me, my phone fucked up and the only way to get it working was to install 3.1.3 so now i cannot jailbreak. Just wait. The dev team will eventually crack the new firmware and you will be able to jailbreak again. I'm sticking with 3.1.2 untill apple releases something i cannot live without. Lol!! I do alot of research before i do any new updates. Not 100% sure but there might be a way to downgrade to 3.1.2 which is jailbreakable. Also, the hackers are going to wait to release a jailbreak until a 3.2 software comes out, or the 4th gen iphone. all i can do now is play the waiting game. All you gotta do with the new boot rom is keep blackra1n on your computer in case you reboot your phone. reboot, goes into recovery mode, no worries, just plug it in and hit blackra1n again and it'll boot. I've had to do this about 5 times to my ex's phone. Merely an inconvenience. edit: that is if you have the updated hardware still running on 3.1.2 however there are ways to downgrade the software from 3.1.3, just google it. I have a new bootrom 3gs and software 3.1.3. No I do not have my old 3.1.2 saved on cydia. I AM FUCKED UNTIL IPHONE OS 4.0 AND THE NEW JAILBREAK BY GEOHOT.
