buick+engine= reliabiity, good gas milage, no cops, BIG TRUNK FOR BIG SYSTEM lol

mustang-engine=cant go anywhere because you have no engine and no money because you need to buy engine.

just my 2 cents.

do the trade. take the mustang.. sike i figured i'd be different but i couldn't do it. 2v 4.6 mod motors are junk anyways. and the motor wouldn't be the only thing that need replacing if it had 160 k on it.

i just spent 3700 for my mach motor ( a higher end version of yours) and the cars themselves are very reliable. if your car has 46k he better be giving u a motor.. a good one.. 2v 4.6 with about 80k or less on it..

They put both the 2v and 4 valve 4.6 in the mustang that year...4v was on the cobras.
