drink as much h20 as you can before you sleep

i've done this several times. works very nicely. gatorade helps relieve it a little bit. makes it not so bad

EDIT: technically they say a hangover is your body withdrawing from the alcohol. so by drinking more...that'll get rid of it. i had to get drunk for mine to go away tho when i did it lol

you guys sound like some vaginas! ( no pun intended mel ) when i wake up and my head is bumpin i start poppin tops and hammer down 2 - 6 beers. michilada's are good in the morning as well.

if you drink enough you dont get hangovers anymore. wake up drink water to rehydrate and go on with the day as usual

Stay up! You'll never get a hangover :P Or you can do what I use to do, get a few hours of sleep & wake up early still drunk, give it a few hours to become fully sober, and you'll feel fine

Protein shake as soon as u wake up or like i said earlier a couple raw eggs works too.
