EricR
lookin pretty good. that front chamber is huge i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? s-saudio
lookin pretty good. that front chamber is huge lots of efficiency almost a 3 to 1 with a ported box also heard it tonight with minimal power (saz3000d at 1 ohm) and no front tuning wall yet. There was a good amount of output (sounded like low to mid 140s between 50-70hz) Caprice Wagon build 2010 Florida Spring Break Nationals MECA Drive By Winner 161DB on 15K @ 41hz Eclipse Build 155+ No Wall 2007 Steel Valley Regionals 3X 139.9 Winner 2008 SoundXtreme 3X 149.9 Winner 2008 Slamology 149.9 3X Winner 2008 149.9 Bass Race World Champion 2009 149.9 Florida Spring Break Nationals Champion

Nightshade
Mike, I think that with those 2X4's on each side of the port in the rear chamber it is going to hurt output quite a bit. I would remove them and use 1 1/4" dowel rod or even 1/2" threaded rod. 2X4's kill the wave on the inside of the box and I've had nothing but issues when using them in an enclosure. 2013 VW Jetta GLI 2.0 Turbo 1 Sundown Audio SCV2000 1 Sundown Audio X15 V2 1 XS Power D3100 Audio Control LC6i Stock Deck 146.4 sealed on the dash at 37hz 2001 Focus ZX3: RETIRED Team Sundown Audio, Team XS Power, 2 time NSPL Car 3601-Up Champion, 2 time NSPL Car Hardcore ChampionHighest NSPL Scores to date:154.3db on the dash sealed at 46hz, 156.2db in the kick at 46hz155.2db unofficial on dash at 43hz
