meade916
these ports are so close together they overlap and since they will be mounted on the INSIDE, it was critical that the holes be in the exact spot they need to be in. I made a template of the flare of the port (9 1/4") and since it had a hole in the middle from the cutout i was able to put it where i wanted it and then pop the drill bit thru the hole and hit the box in the perfect spot Back the circle jig up to 8 5/8 (i think thats what it was) drop it in and bam the perfectly placed hole Puttin my son to work the MIGHTY TRF 15! Nice build by the way...Those are the craziest box's ever...I like em.. let me see what condition its in.....i think it needs to be wrapped again. It has a few seems that are hidden by the plastic by the upper Qpanel area when installed but sitting out in the open they have seperated just a little so its ugly. If you want to bring it back to life then i may think of just giving it to you. It was one of my first fiberglass projects so its not up to my standards these days but it does the job Maybe ill clean it up and slap some more glass on it then hook you up. Right now its been weathered a little too so its kinda like i dont want anyone to have it in this condition. good eye though, except the part where you say me and my son are holding the ports........thats my sons friend in that pic Quote All SMD products + MORE available at my store here! https://wccaraudio.com/ Subscribe to My Youtube Channel!
