The port test fit(don't mind the hammer- its holding the port from falling...lol) I also braced the top with some 2x4's A half-wit gave you a piece of his mind, and you held on to it. 00sdime00
This is lookin so sweet! I'm a firm believer that subs should ALWAYS be recessed. Good job so far, keep it up! I love your suspension setup too, real clean! Thanks man. The only problem about recessing them, is that it makes it almost impossible to get them in and out without crushing a finger or two... Got the port surround on and expanding foam between the top of the wall and roof of the truck. and a test fit of two subs.. A half-wit gave you a piece of his mind, and you held on to it. 00sdime00
Now starts the fiberglass. I used the 23.5oz Knytex woven mat....Wow..It is awesome. One layer on the outside and two layers on the inside. While I was waiting for the Glass' to dry, I made a brace for the front baffle. More 1 1/2" square with 1/4" plate on the ends. . Installed the brace. I forgot to mention, all corners in the box received 45° angles before I glassed A half-wit gave you a piece of his mind, and you held on to it.
