back in the day comps were classifed by how much power you had the more underrated the better you did in a lower class

orion has the winner for the best CHEATER amp rated at 1 watt at 4 ohms but did over 1000 watts at 1 ohm

I agree however practically the mark antony. Was class d and the orion hi current so it was much easier to run the mark antony because of battery limitations but orion did beat it in under rating.man I'm old I remember a time before the termlab was invented .

The old US Amps VLX-25 was 25 watts @ 4 ohms mono and would do over 1500@ 0.25 mono.

Or the OLD VLX-400 400 rms @ 4 ohms mono and over 2400 @ 0.5 mono.

The Last Cheater amp we built was the USA-100HC ULTRA, 100 rms @ 4 ohms mono and 6K rms @ 0.125 mono. I have 2 of these babies ready for USACi this year.

Kicker XS50 and XS100. High current babies!

Rockford Power 50.1 and Power 250.1.

Power 50.1 was strappable and popular.

Just acouple of amps I can think of from the brands I ran.
