Not quite the same cheater effect, but what about RD? My buddy has two D5's which put him in the 1000watt class becuase they are supposed to be 500 watts at 4 ohm. He has clamped over 12k consistently on a 16-18 volt system.

I have been told those amps wont do shit until you feed them some more VVVVV's

04 Monochrome LT Chevy Tahoe

-A few wires, half a speaker, some watts

-All Black 6's

-Paint to Match, SS Bumper, Black grills.

-HID'ed and LED'ed

-A few performance enhancers

I have two nice subs for sale, but I am not allowed to help my fellow forum members by offering it to them for a nice price via my signature, sorry

Old ass thread but anyway...

Ultimate cheater amp:

"The Drag Queen"

http://www.hlabs.com/compamps/index.html

No gain control, only plays at full tilt. Has batteries inside. Stable to 1/16th of an ohm, which gives you 287wrms @ 4 ohms and approximatly 18.5kw @ 0.0625 ohms.

Illegal for any competition since it has batteries inside, but hey. Still pretty badass.

I hate stuff being made "illegal" :(

MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..."

Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.
