The legal tint for front windows is so light that it looks like it's not even tinted at all.....I don't think a meter is needed to tell that his front windows aren't within the legal limit.As for your ticket Kasey, that's crazy! I never knew you could get a ticket for those things while your car is parked, never heard of that before. I'm wondering if it's a home owners association thing???
