They will charge you for products they do not have in stock, never send products, and never respond to emails or phone calls. yea, their prices are cheap and show up first on google shopping, but this is why... Before they were dealer cost audio, they had a different website name. It was shut down because of these issues. I had a 45 min phone conversation with a guy at thunder audio about them. Not legit. read some reviews b4 you buy 2500$ off a website. loburbon Posted December 5, 2009 Report Share Posted December 5, 2009 i got fucked hardcore by them. i order a deck in feb, they shipped it 3 weeks later through ups, i paid for signature conformation, ups just left it at my house and it got stolen from my porch because no one was at home. ups took the blame, but said that dealer cost didnt insure the package. so they are only liable for $100. Robert, the sales manager from dealer cost has said several times that they will get it taken care of, yet here it is ten months later and i still dont have shit.
