shooter69
Alright, guys. You know this has happend to everyone of you....I think. You stand up, take a GREAT big stretch, and it feels wonderful. But as you come out of a stretch, your world just starts closing in. Everything starts turning black and you can't see much; you also feel like fainting. Well....that's at least what I feel. Anybody else do this? What's going on? What causes it? And why does it happen? Mr. 973808
I think it comes from lack of rest and oxygen inside the body lol. I get this just about everyday before I start working lol. Quote THE GRADUATE 10:18:2007

Chris
That's a good frickin question shooter... I believe it is because when you stretch, you (without knowing it) hold your breath. Then, the muscles being activated by doing so, need oxygen fast, so the next breath you take goes to them mostly & not your head. You will feel light headed & have the blackness because sight & balance are the first parts of the brain that will shut down from lack of air since it is non-essential. Then in a second or two, everything will be back online.
