They rate their lower class amps (Brutus, Titan, Zuez) at 15v so unless you drive around with a constant 15v then no it wont be making rated power. Dont get me wrong, they are great amps but their 1200 watt amps are good for 900-1000 watts and 2600 amps are good for 2300-2500 watts.
