The band started due to a dream that one of them had. The dream consisted of the Dark Carnival (heaven). So the two set out to show the world the dream. They made 6 Joker cards (six records). Each Joker card is a member in the Dark Carnival. The first Jokers Card came out in 1992, The Carnival of Carnage. Followed by the The Ringmaster in 1994. After that came The Riddle Box in 1995. The fourth card was the Great Milenko in 1997. The Amazing Jeckel Brothers came in 1999. The final jokers card was the Wraith: Shangri-La--or the final stop; Heaven.
