qu1cks1lver56 Posted December 29, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 29, 2009 did the big 4 (i guess you could call it 4) tonight. done with knu klmx cca wire. not the best wire, but its huge for 1/0 and its fine for short runs like these. i know, i need a new battery. i need 3 new batteries, really. and i know my engine bay is a mess. tech flex makes things look much nicer, but damn it makes the work harder. stuff does not flex very well. and heres the stock wire coming off the alternator. tiny! i didnt check idle voltage before but judging by where the gauge on the dash was and where it is now, it was probably like 13.8-14.0, but now its 14.5x at idle now.
