How would the stetsom amps compare in build quality and output. Have you ever had a loud-ass system? But regarding 8000w worth of power I'd strongly suggest one of the two - SounDigital 8000.1 or 2 AB VFL400.1s. I've run VFL400.1s for over a year now and they are incredible amps to say the least. I've also done some testing with the SD 8k and have only good things to say about every aspect of it. I've never heard meades system, but Im pretty sure his setup isnt just for the lanes and it probably sound MUSICAL... Mine was high 40's (148 and change) and it was musical also... I think he is referring to true SQ, not bearable 'SQ'. Yes it can sound good on music in the 150's but its not actually SQ at that point.
