Does anyone on here remember when clarion came out with the 32 inch subwoofer think it was the SRW8000. E a r t h Posted May 23, 2007 Report Share Posted May 23, 2007 Yeah I member, alot of companies had sumthin bigger than 18s those days.Like the hurse w/24'' mtx's,the six foot woofer (you herd right) in a van,the 21's etc.Maybe that's were the jackhammer was inspired by who knows.I remember that clarion sounding like ish though.Those clear boxes were way too small for it. The total enclosure volume required was 50 cubic feet, with three chambers of 13 cubic feet each. Each chamber is ported and tuned to 18 Hz.
