Was a busy night tonight. got all the wiring done in the trunk just waiting on the other 3000d to come back from db-r. it should be arriving tomorrow so everything will be ready to go once the wall is completed and i glass the doors. i say by next weekend i should have it up and playing :)

Would you mind giving final dimensions on the wall??

I've been trying to put a flat wall of 3 18s in my explorer sport and it wouldnt fit, but after seeing this I think my measurements were a bit off...

the reason it fits is all in how its built. were you taking out all the plastics? Im sure the shell of 2x4s helps alot too

just build with the contour of your eploder and they will fit. ill eventually be doing a 4th order in my buddies explorer once im finished with all my other 50 projects i have to do.

build around the wheel wells. i had a design for my sport that could almost fit 4 18's, with the port in the top middle of the box. i was about 1" shy of fitting them in there and still having enough port area to be sufficient.

this wall looks beastly tho. i wanna see it playing :)
