I hate to see you give up due to these little bastards, but i know that they now know where you live, and they will be back, so I hear ya. Forevrbumpn Posted September 25, 2006 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 when I was a kid, I did things I was never proud of, and I have done alot of growing up in the past 18-20yrs , but when I see jacks like that, I cant help to feel some kind of remorse/sympathy, and yeah, Id be beyond pissed, with all the effort that was put in to something like that, that was taken so fast, and destructivley :R > I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. I know Bill's been working his a$$ off trying to get that huge beast loud, and he's on the right track. I'm sure this will be just a minor detour, and he'll be at it again in no time. :^On another note i know this is here nor there, but did you have an alarm at all on this thing?From what I hear the alarm went off, but it isn't a 2-way. Melissa Posted September 25, 2006 Report Share Posted September 25, 2006 There is an alarm on the truck, which after the last time it was broken into we added battery back up and another siren inside the truck and the motion thing like you would put on a convertible (sorry, don't know all the technical names). The alarm had been set off, but nobody pays any attention to alarms anymore. Apparently it happens about 4-5 times a night at Chevy's on the River, according to the private security guard that we talked to out there. I'm driving the truck today so hopefully I can get the prints dusted, and I was almost in tears just seeing all of Bill's hard work torn apart. Get a new deck with an IPOD input (forget a new changer), clean up the broken dash, vacuum the glass.....be back to normal in a heartbeat.Dont let a deck and changer be the end of your fun.....they coulda stabbed all your seats and stole or destoyed every sub in the back.
