HHR Ed
There is no substitution for good dampener. Gotta look at how well it would adhere and conform to body panels in all temperatures. As well the deadening rating of the material. There is a big difference between a good deadener and a cheap deadener, let alone a good deadener and a cheap substitute product. I vot for Second Skin Damplifier pro, which deadens like the dickens, and stays put no matter what. white4d96
Peel and Seal would be fine for the doors but IDK if I would recommend it for the roof. Mine has stuck real nice on my trunk lid but it hasnt been too too hot since I put it on so IDK if it will come off with heat. Too many projects, too little time... EricR
idk if rockfords dead skin is any cheaper how much is it for second skin instead of asking why not go to their website http://www.secondskinaudio.com/vibration-m...plifier-pro.php i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
