Michael314
Im ordering my FI-subs, here is the link. Also, if I have Dual 1. I assume that makes it 2ohm right? and Dual 2 would make 4ohm? Last thing, What is the 'universal' selection for? I dunno what that means... sorry for all the questions I new to this, so help would be great! If you are unsure of what I talking about in any of my questions click the link up top. I look at the 15" btw. Thanks Edited February 17, 2010 by Michael314

enemyofsilence
SPL means Sound Pressure Level. if you have dual 1, you can have 0.5 ot 2 ohm. if you have dual 2, you can have 1 or 4 ohm. Quote Team Bass-Hz

Michael314
K just want to make sure Im understanding this correctly. If I have a 2ohm amp, I need the 'Dual 1' right? And about the SPL, how do I decide between 'SPL' and 'Daily'?
littleitaly1990
Unless you want your sub to play only 1 note, get daily. If you are using it for music, get daily. Quote A vitrolic, megalomaniacal sadistic psychopath.

Okay thank you, do you know what Universal means on the 15" in This link? Edited February 17, 2010 by Michael314
Ndnkobra
Universal means that if you ever decided to get a recone and change the coils of your sub, then it'll be manufactured so that the coils are swapable. If you dont get universal, that means you're stuck with that dual 1 or dual 2 coil.
