Yeah, happens to ppl...shit first system i got from a friend was 2 Kicker CVRs in a nicely built ported box on an RF 300.1 Punch amp...put it in my 88 buick and thought i was gonna be slappin, so disappointed

Yeah the amp may be 2ohm stable but if the subs are DVC 4ohm they can only be wired to 1ohm or 4ohm...amp isn't 1ohm stable so 4ohm, plus im sure its overrated...1980?? that just not even right haha

Each subs coils in parallel to get 1 ohm. then the two subs in series to get 2 ohms.

why keep the subs in the backseat? do you know how easy someone can steal that shit just by walking next to your car?

and heres some advice. you seem to think that it doesnt take a long time to get shit together. my first sub was a kicker 10" C10d, my first amp was a rockford fosgate 200a4 that i got probably 7 months later then a wiring kit about a month after that. you cant just all of a sudden want to buy alot of stuff where you dont think about if its going to really work together well but you hook it up anyways.

well tbh, i couldnt get the box to fit in my trunk... :*( and i think it looks cooler with those subs sitting right behind my drivers seat... its ba... but about the box situation, should i just build another box that WILL fit into my trunk??
