Good for you being in the army, you think it woulda taught you some respect, but nope, your a fucking dick. The bathroom on the 2nd floor was deemed in 2006 to be structurally unstable, they closed the bathroom for a year, then opened it back up... They did no work to it. The water leaks into the house to the point where it actually runs down the framing and leaks into the rooms VIA the windows. And just another note, i dont even live in the house, i live in a nicer dorm... And yes the price is outrageous, but thats what you pay for a GOOD education. The tuition at the school here is 38k a year, i don't get as much financial aid as the kid who wrote that, so i pay more for my room fees. And i was never even "crying" about it, i was asking... My brothers pay too much to deal with black mold growing in the walls of their rooms.. And yeah, none of the damage is from alcohol/parties/dumbasses... Our campus is a Dry campus, so very little alcohol comes into our house anyways. Another quick edit: I would live off campus, but stupid University rules say you must be at least 22 to live off campus. EDIT 2: I come to SMD every day for enjoyment/casual conversation... And i get an e-thug. Fuck this. And looking at your post history, your usually nice... mbdblue Posted February 24, 2010 Report Share Posted February 24, 2010 did they set up meetings with the admins of the school or just keep sending emails? from the pics, it doesnt look that bad. plus if it got this bad, why didnt they look into fixing it themselves? there are enough frat guys in a house to put all there brains together and maybe get at least 1 decent idea to do the work themselves. waiting months for something like this to be fixed is just stupid IMO.
