aajay602 Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 I have pioneer deck. when i turn the volume up from zero the sub makes a loud thump and when i turn the stereo all the way back down to zero again it makes a thump again. i have a a 2003 cavalier.

Boon Posted February 24, 2010 Report Posted February 24, 2010 That's a sign of a blown fusible link in the headunit. Ground the RCA shells as a temporary fix, or get the link repaired. 10.x volts fo' life!
