WALL FOR 99" EXPLORER - 4/15" ORE SX.

Recommended Posts

I AM STARTING TO CONFIGURE A NEW SYSTEM FOR MY 99" EXPLORER. I AM PLANNING TO USE 4/15" ORE SX 15'S AND I REALLY WANT TO DO A WALL. I HAVE SEEN MANY VERSIONS AND I WOULD LIKE SOME ADVICE ON WHAT TYPE OR CONFIGURATION WOULD BE BEST. I WANT IT TO BE A DAILY DRIVER BUT STILL BEABLE TO COMPETE IN DB DRAGS AND BASS RACE. ANY ANVICE OR RECOMENDATIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS.

i have done numberous 4 15 setups in my explorer same model as yours. subs up port back crx style does well. unless you wanna lose the back seat i wouldnt really do a wall for 4 15s when a crx will accomplish great numbers while you still are able to look back

Thanks for the advice guys. I am also wondering if i should use a common chamber for all 4 subs?

Yes, you definitely want a common chamber.

I think the word you're looking for is Numerous

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
