I am still waiting to hear one of those Jackhammers in person. Amalan Posted June 18, 2007 Report Share Posted June 18, 2007 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qrHu0XOhQDk#GU5U2spHI_4 yeah it wont beat the tahoe but it gets down no doubt. i mean yeah obviously you can get louder for cheaper but price tag aside, the jackhammer is actually a mean sub. 2 of them were pretty damn loud and i bet it was nearing the 150 range. but then again im starting to think if someone had a couple of these, built a proper enclosure and put the right power to them they could possibly beat the tahoe. i mean this was a pretty small box in the bed of an ext. im sure cabin gain in a tahoe is alot better than the bed of an ext. i also agree with sean. people shouldnt be bashing this sub without hearing it. i was bashing the sub before i heard it too. for the price man fuck it i would never buy one, but the sub itself is pretty damn nice sub. that subs sounds nice and hits lows like none other shit was making my shirt ripple 20 feet from the car. its the price that makes the sub sound like shit to people even though they have never heard one. I know it gets loud i have heard one in a back of a dodge magnum here in town, it got loud and low, but its not the end all by all sub that everybody hypes it up to be.
