boogie0410 Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 got a question i'm thinking of buying a crunch p1500.1 and a crunch p1100.2 amps but before i do that i need to know if a stock alt will power it and if not what size alt do you recommend

imupabove Posted March 12, 2010 Report Posted March 12, 2010 to be honest i'm not real sure what size the stock alt was on the sonata,but i used 0/1 stinger pro for big three and the same wire for all my runs. stock alt couldn't have been much more than 105 amps if that. dang a 100 amp, wish mines was kinda up there. i gotta stock 70a and a duralast battery >.< i do get voltage drops from 14.6 down to 12 ouchy. i did the big 3 in 4 gauge, would it help out my voltage if i got like a HC600 in the trunk? or should i replace my battery under the hood with like a HC1800? iDA-X200/Clarion EQS746 RF T500-1bd (2) 12" RF HX's Kicker 350.4 Alpine & Polk Speakers Stock electrical
