was the wall in the trunk hard to build to fit properly?

The box is tuned around 30 Hertz

Building a box in in the trunk is no big deal if you use the method Bill uses.

Dry fit/ assemble the box on the bench with 1"x1" "cleats". Disassemble and reassemble in the trunk using glue, caulking, etc to seal it up.

On the 3rd picture with the ANL fuse holders, whats that piping called u wrapped around ur 0 gauge wire? i love the look of that

The wrap is called techflex. I pick up different sizes off ebay. For 1/0 wire I use either 3/8 or 1/2" the smaller the size the more open the web which depending on the wire color, can make for a cool 2 tone color accent.

Love that 1x1 idea. Did you screw in from both sides of it on the final build, on a few pics it only looks like you screwed in on the one side.

I'm assuming that the 1x1's won't have that much effect on either loudness or quality?

Pretty sure thats how I am going to assemble my box. It'll just be a pain to figure out net volume ha.

How big was the opening from the trunk into the cabin? I wanted to fit 15"s but its 15.5" high and max volume is like 7cuft
