BASS head worst nightmare

ok, well i've been all happy because i was about to put all my new shit in the truck this next week. i had ken on SMD making me 2 10'' woofers and a 15'' woofer and i just ordered a rockford fosgate t1500bd amp. just got amp in the other day and here i am having to sell everything and i mean everything. the subs, amps, speakers, wire, all of it. the reason for this? i decided to move out of my house finaly after all the stupid shit ive been threw mentally. told them im moving in with my fiance and they didnt like that. my dad said if you do that then you give me the keys to your truck friday. i just said thats fine you will get the keys friday. what really sucks is that i just got my alarm put in that was about $450 all together and only been in there for about a month. my girl said, you better cut that shit out or something if he takes your truck from you.

the whole thing with the truck is, first off im 22. my dad said ill get you a truck as long as you go to school. i said ok and we made a deal. as long as i pass my college classes and shit he will pay for the truck. i asked him, do you need me to pay for the truck and shit becuase i felt bad and dont really like people to pay for my stuff. he said no no, i pay for allot of your sis stuff so this is the least i can do. i said ok and went about my way. the truck is like $300 from being payed off.

so now, i have no point in my audio shit anymore because as of right now i wont have a truck. i completly striped the truck down with audio. there is no wires, no HU wires, no stock speaker wiring, doors have holes from tweeters, no HU nothing. hes gone be like wtf when he gets in, but if he wants to play that shit well ill just take back whats mine as well. im getting a cbr600 in the next week or so and going to be driving that for now. i spotted a nice little truck for $1,500 by my girls house and though hell i can drive that around when its raining and use the bike otherwise.

so as of now, ill be going to the bank in the next 3 hours and seeing how the loan goes for the bike. long story short, im getting out of my houes and will finally be happy for once. my girl is sad for me but she is also happy ill be with her as well. we get married in may 28 2011 so thats something else to look forward to, although my parents could give a rats ass about it .

Shit sucks about the truck, maybe after your dad takes it back he will realize hes being a prick about it, and eventually come to his senses.

yeah, but being the type person i am. once you do somthing like that I dont take shit back. if he takes the keys this friday its his to keep. i cant sell that damn truck for anything anyway, its got so many fcking rattles and crap driving. its rediculous. lol guess he will find that out

sounds like a shitty situation man. but Itll be better in the long run. Im also slowly realizing that you can sell things now, and just keep workin at it till you make enough to buy it again; or something better/more powerful.

Honestly, I think you are making a poor decision. Yeah, I'm sure all life as we know it will end if you stay at home, but you're losing a truck, have nowhere to go if your girl dumps you, and missing out on all the free shit that your parents get you anyways. (i.e. roof, food, etc.)

I'm guessing since you're going to school full time, you don't have a full time job. And now that you're moving out and have no incentive, the school thing will also be cut short. If you're girl leaves you (believe me it HAPPENS), you'll be shit outta luck and end up moving back in which is harder.

I say you do the sensible thing and stay home. Don't submit to immediate gratification because you think life sucks. You have no idea how good you've got it.

I've done this before and I had to learn the hard way. Don't make the same mistake. And I'm sure you'll retort with all of the problems you're having and how I don't know shit and this is the best thing...but I'm sure a thousand other seasoned individuals on here will stand behind me. From what it seems so far, the only one's who've posted are barely of age.

thanks, but im not going back. we are getting married in a year we dont plan on leaving each other. if for some god reason we did, i would just move onto campus or get an apartment by campus. i make enough money to do that. i have 2 part time jobs pretty much work full time and go to school full time. i dont shit around and not one of those kids who just party and take advantage of school. im going to school for me really not anyone else, so the school will always be there. no i wont have a truck, but i will get my own along with the bike ive been wanting. so, its a win in my book.

let me add that im almost 23 and they want me home at 12 midnight everynight. i work till midnight, so its get off work and straight home. and on weekends, home at midnight or he bitches at me about it. im just sick of it really. IDK, seeing how ive been told by both my parents im going to hell for moving out, what else do i have to lose. i mean, after all im the fck up in the family according to them.

atleast your happy about it... my mom took my mach from me on jan 18th and got me arrested for throwing the keys (car in her name loan in mine) criminal tampering... so now i live with my friends and pay rent and i get my mach back sat.... i work for a place called door fab and make 10 an hour... its my first REAL job that i plan on staying at.. so im happy and soon ill be moving out and waiting for my trust fund money so i can finally buy a house on my land and live with my girl... (yea its enough to do that for a long time) but im 2 years away from that... but the moral of the story is.. parents try and teach you a lesson but it does make us grow up and see what we can do with our lives.. atleast your happy thats whats important
