I was gettin real sick of rollin around with no bump at all, so I threw together this box in about an hour. I wanted to have my third row in for a lil, so this had to fit behind it. The sub is an older JL 10w3, and it's powered off the car's stock amp. I'm waiting on my new head unit to build the rest of the system. It provides an okay amount of bass, but nothing impressive. But I thought I'd throw it up here, even though its super basic.

btw i built this from my scraps, so yes there is some particle board in there. .65 cu ft, sealed.

No idea on the wattage, its just the small stock amp behind the glove box that drives all the speakers and the sub.

And yes I used a 1/2 inch roundover bit.

I'd consider selling it yea, how much are you offering?

and whiteboi i said above that i used a 1/2" roundover bit to do the edges. and its up to you if you want to do it or not. rounding the edges makes it somewhat harder to carpet because you no longer have defined edges.
