i agree with free speech covered by the first amendment it doesn't cover disturbing the peace which is what that site is crying about. Like you said neo nazis can run around spewing their nonsense in marches/parades but they aren't doing it with huge stereo systems so they aren't breaking noise laws.

Well, our rights are slowly being taken from us... Try to assemble without the proper licenses, and permits and see what happens. Be careful what you talk about as the Patriot Act 1 and 2 limit what you can say and allows the authorities to hold you indefinitely without cause without trial... Just something to think about...

when i said freedom of speech i meant my subs speak for me, and demonstration meant lettin people hear it lol. and stop and think about it for a minute, it says nothing about someone sitting in place and listening to a system, but having a system period. theyre tryin to scare people into not having them at all, or playing them at events or something only. which i would assume theyd move to shut that down too
