tdsa23
I have an D3100 under the hood and just got my D3400 to put in the back. How should I wire it can I just run an power wire from the front to back then ground the back battery to the chassis? And would mt current 4gauge wire be ok for now? Destram
Bump..also interested. Is it necessary to run a run of 1/0 for both positive and negative to my back batteries, or can I just run a run of positive and ground them to the chassis in the back? I think they meant from the front bat to the back bat then from the back bat fuse to the amp.. That is because if your front bat or alt take a dump you won't blow your amp up. So it's like BAT----FUSE----------------------BAT----FUSE------amp Quote BUILDLOG http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=61862 "98crewcab"Never a POS....just always "a work in progress" lol that's how we roll bitches!!! Destram
If it really doesn't make a ton difference, then I choose to ground it in the back instead of making an extra run for the -. That would be an extra $85 for that - run for me. lol Quote 2006 BMW 325i My feedback: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/77301-official-destram-feedback/
