haha you guys make it so complicated IMO...just add the mp4 to mp3 addon to firefox (unless you don't have FF then fail) and dl http://www.maniactools.com/soft/m4a-to-mp3-converter/index.shtml, add mp4 to the converter and bottom right corner choose the bitrate (i go with 224) and choose convert, 5 secs later you have an mp3

...if your using firefox just search for easy youtube downloader...best convertor Ive found yet.
