couple things that bother me. Single layer baffle? Whats going in here?

And no mat on the kerf cuts? It may be weak. of course it may not depending on what goes in this. looks good though.

There are 3 layers of chopped mat on the kerfs, 2 on the corners and all the corners 45'd in resin. As for the double baffle I figured the port would act as the bracing. It'll be for 2 btls on one aq3500
