It goes really low and hits hard too, on 1000-1200 watts rms. In small sealed boxes it is not fantastic, but still loud. I never heared any L7 in ported enclosures, but they must be very very loud!! I run an ssa xcon 15" now, and I loooove it! But don't beleive people saying L7s are garbage. They can be so cheap on ebay, sometimes you can't pass on some deals!!! black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 amp with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a 2.6 ft3 ported box. If you have enough motor force then it shouldn't matter if a cone is square or large like a 15 or 18. End Thread.
