Stallion Marauder Posted April 2, 2010 Author Report Posted April 2, 2010 Also gota clear up some stuff up. The 15' Type R's arent to be released until next year which is a bummer. Alpine's also releasing the thinner models which are due sometime later this month. Only in the 10' and 12' Type R models. Alpine already released the updates on the new subs too. Check the site. The technology on them seems like its been updated. Doesnt seem to be updated with the watts specs tho so avoid that. http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/view/swr-1243d and here they are compared with the old 15 type r's http://www.alpine-usa.com/product/compare/subwoofers/swr-1243d,swr-1542d 2003 Mercury Marauder Black (R.I.P) Tinted Windows Purple HID's 10000K Fog Light HID's 10000K Swi Jack Steering Wheel Controls Apple I-Pod Classic 80GB Alpine KCE-422i Full Speed I-Pod Cable Alpine IVA-W203/P1 Navigation/Bluetooth Alpine PKG-M780 7' Headrest Screens Alpine PXA-H701 Sound Processor Alpine MRP-F300 4 Channel Amp Rockford Fosgate 1501bd Power Amp 2 Kicker L7 15' Solo Barics Alpine Type R SPR-17S Component's Alpine Type R SPR-57C Coaxial's Monster Performance RCA's 0/2 Gauge Wires BIG III W/Fuse 200 Amps Custom Built Alternator Yellow Cap Optima Battery Front Xstatic Batcap 800 Back Custom Mounted Bass Knob LED's 2x License & Trunk Light BoYo VTK-350 Color Backup Camera Dynamat Xtreme Front Doors & Rear Deck Clifford Matrix 50.7X Alarm System/Remote Start
ISO Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 Hey man very cool. Whats kind of Power plant you going to use on these. You gonna Mod your 1501BD? ISO Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 Funds are Damn tight rite now but hit me up first if you sell your 1501BD but at the same time I'm actually thinking about selling 2 out of my 4 1501BDs. Why? Because I really want to step up to RF's CP technology and again it would be a change to the T1500cp x2 or the T2500cp. Good purchase and I hope you will enjoy them man. Stallion Marauder Posted April 12, 2010 Author Report Posted April 12, 2010 Heres 2 different setups for the Type R's. Only ones obviously stayin and its ported!! The first box is sealed and i didnt like the sound of it. Only good thing about it was i used it to break in the new Type R's. Stayed in for about a week. Anyways the new box is very stupid loud and its tuned to 34hz. The box was Custom done at a shop. Will put the finishing touchs on vinyl'n it up with black and etc. Other than that the box is slammin and these new type r's are really on fire.. The 1501bd is holdin up very well with these monsters. Might strap an extra 501bd in future so if anybody got one letme know.. 2003 Mercury Marauder Black (R.I.P) Tinted Windows Purple HID's 10000K Fog Light HID's 10000K Swi Jack Steering Wheel Controls Apple I-Pod Classic 80GB Alpine KCE-422i Full Speed I-Pod Cable Alpine IVA-W203/P1 Navigation/Bluetooth Alpine PKG-M780 7' Headrest Screens Alpine PXA-H701 Sound Processor Alpine MRP-F300 4 Channel Amp Rockford Fosgate 1501bd Power Amp 2 Kicker L7 15' Solo Barics Alpine Type R SPR-17S Component's Alpine Type R SPR-57C Coaxial's Monster Performance RCA's 0/2 Gauge Wires BIG III W/Fuse 200 Amps Custom Built Alternator Yellow Cap Optima Battery Front Xstatic Batcap 800 Back Custom Mounted Bass Knob LED's 2x License & Trunk Light BoYo VTK-350 Color Backup Camera Dynamat Xtreme Front Doors & Rear Deck Clifford Matrix 50.7X Alarm System/Remote Start
