I know for me personally my build with one amp is just over $5k so I guess not budget for a new audio enthusiast so $2k would be more realistic. Recently i put together a "budget" system for a friend in his neon. Two 12" Kicker L5's on a Hifonics BXi1610D, everything new from ebay = right around the $900.00 mark. He's doing low 140's, he may be able to get a 44-45 with some deadener and a beefier electrical. I should be able to get some tl pictures in a few weeks at the next comp. Though when i say low 140's, his lights still dim like a mofo and he drops into the 12's because of having stock electrical.
