Guest Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 didnt audiobahn do this a while ago? they put those stupid chrome motor covers on and when you took them off the magnets didnt even take up like 50% of the volume of the chrome cover. it was a way to fool the consumer...i wouldnt trust that ad anyway when the title is "best 10" subwoofer U can buy" edit: and i call total bullshit on this With Ultra Fast Recovery this Sub will reduce the interaction between previous notes giving you a cleaner much tighter sound. Due to the size and rebound of the stiff surround this sub will react much faster than a 12 and almost twice as fast as a 15 or larger woofer.

Once I had to re-glue the surround & spider and it turns out the magnet is actually almost as wide as the basket....
