Skullz Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 Your H/U might have a low pass filter built into it cutting it off at a few different frequencies. Decaf Posted April 7, 2010 Report Posted April 7, 2010 they are 6db slopes so 150hz for 6.5" speaker 300hz for 5.25 600hz for 4" and 800 for 3" thats a standard rule of thumb i get my caps from radioshack sometimes, hella cheap there u can make ur own 12db slope crossover combining a capacitor and air core too
