I have it. I dont think its dead on. It should be close but not perfect. I use it for the epicenter features and the voltage gauge

If you're looking for a cheap tuning tool, there is this.

SPL-Labs Bass Meter

I've also seen this mentioned.

Make it Louder meter

Both seem like viable tuning alternatives.

For proof only the term-lab will suffice.
