hdorre
Audioque amps are great, but I would check out the crescendo audio 3kpw, it is the same as the older sundown 3000 and it's only 550 bucks, it might not be perfect for 2 btls though. You could also do 2 aq2200's and run one amp per sub, that would be perfect power for a "stock" btl imo thanks for the suggestions. I checked out the two AQ2200s but it doesn't have master/slave syncing, only linking and I don't know if that was 2 ohms per amp or putting the positive on the master and negative on the slave and run a jumper. Could anyone clear that up On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread
Beanz
13.8?not too sure maybe 4000-3800 id say around there just a guess outta my head That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. bkolfo4
Do you already have the BTLs? If you have dual 2 ohm, a pair of AQ2200s will be best. Dual 1 ohm, stick with 1 AQ3500. If you do not have the subs yet, I would vote for the 2 AQ2200s. Current system: 1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s Previous systems: 2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz. 1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz. I would have one amp per sub at 1 ohm. CNF Kevosinn
He'll ya those would be good, the amp is literally exactly the same as the saz3000 the only difference is the heat sink. Now keep in mind if your charging system is not good enough to keep up with the amperage that 2 3000watt amps pull you should not go with those amps. You must get a h/o alternator and at least 2 d3100's minimum out back. The ideal would be 4 xs d3100's out back and something like an s3400 up front *** SuperSeller Status Verified *** ( http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/25829-super-sellers-buyers/ ) "kevosinn's" astro van 8 custom Sundown Zv4 18's 4 Sundown scv 6000's CNF Distribution CNC parts Skyhigh wire some batteries SMD Meters and tools used on the installhttp://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/172877-kevosinns-vanwest-coast-skyhigh-car-audio-vehicle/ 16,000 watt walled silverado build.http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/161965-walled-silverado-4-hdc4-15s-4-crescendo-3500s-and-much-more/ 8,000 watt 1999 Subaru legacy outback. For the battery bank I'll probably start out with 3 d3100s. I would have those 2 crescendo amps and a 400 watt Rockford amp. That would be about 7k watts rms. How would the 320 amp alt and 3 XS Power D3100s be? Do you think the voltage drop be horrible (under 13 volts?) Edit: Nevermind, Ill probably do the 2 AQ2200Ds and a Rockford Fosgate t400-4. Thats about 5000wrms. Would the 320 amp alt and 2 D3100s be good? Id use a S3400 for my starter On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread
