HHR Ed Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 pre drill holes and use shorter screws. Glue joints and countersink 1.25" drywall screws. To round over corners use a router with a roundover bit. Other finishes can be paint, lights, vinyl, wall paper, aluminum, anything you want. Neo_frog Posted April 29, 2010 Report Share Posted April 29, 2010 They also make screws specifically for MDF. Another thing you'll notice about predrilling is that the look comes out way cleaner.
