Ya man he seems straight up. As everyone said you waited 2 months before complaining there is something fishy bout that. Besides cosmetic stuff is negligible 99% percent of the time. I have received numerous subs that were no where near flawless and they all worked as they were supposed to.

i dont know honestly. he may have waited that long. but the guy also said he doesnt see/answers all his emails cause he has people under him that may do it. he said the same about shipping. so its still quite possible what the OP is claiming

Hi Brad, Good to hear your willing to get into the loop. I have been stranded with no help on this, I was even going to call but could not get your number as you sold the me sub outside of ebay. I am not sure who or what the major issue is, if your not in the loop or what but here are my short answers:

1.) The sub was offered to me first DURING the auction and I was misquoted for shipping to Toronto. I emailed back to have the sub shipped to my US address as I would be there in April. I also asked again that the condition of the sub was VERY GOOD, meaning SHOW WORTHY.

2.) As for emails I email through ebay and get mails from private emails outside ebay : [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] . As I told you in the mails I would be in the US in April, again I asked the condition ect before paying as I knew the 6 wks time lapse ( not 3 months).I do have the emails I sent through ebay:

How about $190 + shipping $36.46 the price ebay gives is -+$5 every time with usps as I put the box and size in ebay so its actual shipping not over priced like some people do here.

Box is 16x16x16 about 50lbs you can look it up on usps from 32807 should be really really close.

3.) Even if you shipped on the 12th, it arrived on like the 20th. I remember being concerned where it was.

4.)How can it seem odd I waited to email when you knew I would not be in country till April? As for the condition if you blow up your own pic you can see the same crap thats in my pic. The cone itself is actually off center even. The condition is VERY POOR! anyone with IE8 can blow up the pic with zoom and see it. I am not the bad guy here, I bought what you continually reassured me was a VERY GOOD show worthy sub, does this look show worthy to you??

5.) "Paypal denied you for your claim because even by there rules you took to long 45+ days." Paypal actually denied the claim because the date they used was the AUCTIONS date, and it was off by 3 days. "AGAIN I HAVE NO IDEA IF YOUR HOME OR NOT EMAILS BELOW FROM YOU, NOT ONCE DID YOU SAY YOU WERE NOT HERE!" Again look on the multi email I attached it says again that I would not be there and my caretaker would have to collect the package so I would need to know when it would be shipped and arrive. I will email you now privately, but there is not really any good excuse for this. I thankfully opened the box in front of 2 guys at a VERY WELL KNOWN and REPUTABLE shop, they are both willing to take the hour or 2 to make a statemenet they were so amazed by it. I am not a rich guy, especially right now. If your willing to help, then talk to the people who were emailing me, I can also forward the emails and figure out what went wrong. I will email you now and attach all this so you get it.

From this picture it all looks good. And honestly if its just cosmetics then there is no need to not put it in the box and put some power to it. Just un solder the tensil leads and re do them.
