Either one will do what it's meant to do. Don't waste money on specialty brands unless you're detailing a very expensive car (or you're just into it).

Most clays will do wonders if used properly.

I clayed my truck for the first time ever with the ICE kit. I kinda like ICE anyway as a in between wash kinda thing.

beer sucks...but i can bring some jose cuervo. Only problem is that it makes me horny and gives me the rams. So unless yall wanna fight and then have some great make up sex i will leave it home.

sorry to TJ but just wondering, the purpose of that is to get all the crap off the paint right? and make it very smooth? yup noob at this lol. owned too many buckets in my days and finally have paint lol

I'd go with the mother's. I agree w/ Neo_frog use it how it's intended and it won't matter what brand you use.

If you went with mother's hope you like cinnamon...lol

cracker - clay will take the containment's in your paint out making it smooth and allows whatever wax you apply to adhere more evenly and properly to the surface.
