bigredishott
The Control on the pioneer was far superior vs the alpine. I bought a remote for the alpine on ebay and hate that too, most of the time I just use the controls on the deck. AI James
the 9886 and the 117 are not the same unit. the 117 is a hybrid between the 9886 and 9887 with less features then the 9887. the 117 is like a hybrid between the 9886 and 9887
n8ball2013
The 9887 is very tough to beat unit. I spent a long time looking at the different high end single din units and that was the one I ended up with. Price features and looks it was the best unit I found. even if I don't use all the features. lol Quote THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger.
