CheezyMane13
It is a dual xpa4640 the amp: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_070XPA4640/Dual-XPA4640.html?tp=35782 It even says 8g at the bottom but I mean if what was said above is true I might pay for the 4g. Id actually look at another better amp, for $20 more, 150 shipped to u, you can get a amp taht does 100RMS x4 @4ohms, 200RMS X4 @2ohms, or bridged 400RMS x2 @40hms take baby steps, u cant do it all at once unless u have a roll of 100's big enough to choke a donkey 1998 Chevy Venture "Swagger Wagon" Kenwood Excelon KDC-X994 Headunit 3 15" Alpine Type R's in seperate T-Lines 1 RF T1500-1bd for 2 of the 15s 1 RF P1000-1bd for the single 15 3 sets of Hifonics Zeus ZXi6.5C Components( 1 more set to come for Front stage) 1 Hifonics HFi100.4 4-channel amp Stock alt for now (DC HO SPL 400A when funds come in,currently working on buying this) Stock battery and one Optima Redtop for now (looking at XS batteries) 3 15" Alpine Type R's (aka Swagger Wagon Build 1.0) Swagger Wagon Build 2.0 Youtube Videos

If I had that I'd buy better/bigger parts which = more money. I just dont need it, especially for this car. I feel this one should be fine for my needs. CheezyMane13
there ya go mang, go with what you want, 4 ga and call it a day Sorry I'm thinking like me, LOL the amp is like 150 and the 6.5" Components are 60 for a pair. and they are loud. I have made many little system quotes and builds for friends and they were all under 400 in equipment, including amp kit. But do what you want. But keep in mind when you say I don't want much in here, You will say that every time you go and upgrade your amp kit, amp or subs. I have said that too many times. Now I just say when I go bigger, it seems to work better. take baby steps, u cant do it all at once unless u have a roll of 100's big enough to choke a donkey 1998 Chevy Venture "Swagger Wagon" Kenwood Excelon KDC-X994 Headunit 3 15" Alpine Type R's in seperate T-Lines 1 RF T1500-1bd for 2 of the 15s 1 RF P1000-1bd for the single 15 3 sets of Hifonics Zeus ZXi6.5C Components( 1 more set to come for Front stage) 1 Hifonics HFi100.4 4-channel amp Stock alt for now (DC HO SPL 400A when funds come in,currently working on buying this) Stock battery and one Optima Redtop for now (looking at XS batteries) 3 15" Alpine Type R's (aka Swagger Wagon Build 1.0) Swagger Wagon Build 2.0 Youtube Videos
calvin_115
The power he's running will not require 4 gauge. Just make sure the 8 gauge is real... Macfadyen732
I would like to know how basically a 200watt system needs to have 4awg. (and that burn to the ground comment seems a little far fetched. sounds like the installation to me.) Not wanting to upgrade and running around 200watts 8awg wire is fine. 2009 Hyundai Accent GL Alpine CDA 9884 Rockford Fosgate Wire Rockford Fosgate 501bd Soundstream 12 Reference Hifonics Zeus ZXI 6410 Rockford Fosgate T1652 Rockford Fosgate T152 XBL: NW Livin Loud
