Bobby32
Down here in Texas its blazing hot all day. I've already noticed a drop in voltage right off the bat when I start my car. Im usually like 14.3, but with the heat im at like 13.8 :/ Anyone else having this problem? I miss the winters when it was freezing and I was at nearly 15v
Beanz
Yeah electricity does that..its electricitys worst enemy HEAT... Quote That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. memphisBred
It's pretty much 90+ everyday when I get off. In the mornings it's 75-78 and I stay at 14.3-14.4. In the heat of the day when I leave work, I start at 14.4 for a min, then 14.3 for a min, 14.2 for about 5 min, then see 14.0 the rest of the drive. It's normal for your voltage to drop a little bit as the car warms up. I have never had a nice alt/extra batteries in the winter, so hopefully I'll get to experience the 15.0 volts on the Stinger meter. memphisBred
All the voltage readings I listed were at idle. I stay at 14.4 while driving. Your voltage readings are at idle aren't they?
