Derrick824
so what's the box tuned to? Currectly its tuned to 32hz. The port walls aren't glued so they're interchangeable allowing me to change tuning for competitions.
Derrick824
nice box build...but im curious of why you didnt do the box CRX style... I've done tests w/ the TL and sub & port back is what meters best in my truck. Thanks to everyone for the compliments.
Forevrbumpn
yeah, I was about to say man, that port is huge, looks like a good 60hz tuning..... if not higher, but if its a interchangable port, then nm, I will shut my mouth :-x I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy. Its 24"d which WinISD tells me calculates a 32hz tuning.

Derrick824
nice!!! what made you decide to go with Fi?do you still have your RF's? Why FI? Well the hype behind FI got me a little curious, then watching all the vids on youtube got me really interested, and finally after seeing a strong showing in Daytona I knew I needed to try a set of these. Yeah I still have my RFs. You can see my old box on the side in a couple of the pics above. If RF offered anything that even appeared close to the BLs for relatively the same money then I would have stayed with them but I'm disappointed in RF's current subwoofer lineup and ridiculously high prices. Why pay $800-900 for a pair of RF T2 15s (RF's current biggest baddest sub) when I can pay $738 for a pair of BL 18s?
