Chris
Okay all, I'm ready to make a trip to HD for supplies to start building my idea for a blowthrough style box in my lumina. I'll be taking out the spare of course to get the required airspace. I'm thinking I need 3/4in. MDF, liquid nail, expanding foam, weather stripping, & LOTS of hefty screws. I've got a couple questions though on what brand of expanding foam to get & also see if anyone has any ideas as to if I should do a single port into the cabin, or port AND subs into the cabin. Chris
I'm sure I'll need to do something for all the weight back there as well, but what? Stiffer springs? roscoe1129
Great Stuff for your foam and I would say one big port through the rear deck man! just do like steve did with his civic the first time and make the deck one big port Quote Some people need a sympathetic pat... on the head...with my hammer Scientia est Vox "In Nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti" DONT BE AFRAID TO USE THE SEARCH BUTTON!!! roscoe1129
I'm sure I'll need to do something for all the weight back there as well, but what? Stiffer springs? air shocks cheap and work well for cars....not air struts just like the regular shocks but you can use a compressor (like at the gas station) to charge them to help lift the rear end. 95pimpalass
Also if u cant afford the air shocks now or stiffer springs you can buy some spring stiffeners which are a cheap and temporary way to stiffen your springs for now.
