bumpnthump05
I built this box a while ago for my two t1 15"s and my trunk isnt very wide at all. The widest i could make my port (inside dimen) 3" wide 14" tall 8" deep. I tuned the box to 35hz and the box is 6.385 cuft. My db's are probably loudest at 40hz or so.. thats what i hit my loudest score at. But any deep bass (30hz or lower) i dont get much sound out of it or feeling at all. And my speakers seem to not move that much almost as if its not able to push that much air through it. Im currently running a HCCA-D2400 wired to 1 ohm and im giving each of my speakers 600wrms and thats what they are rated for is 600wrms a peice making the total 1200rms which is what my amp puts out at 14.4v wired on 1 ohm.. I just personally think its the speakers and i need some DC Audio LVL4 15's or FI Audio BTL 15's Loud & Proud 1995 Honda Civic Head: Pioneer AVIC-F700BT Front Stage: 6.5" Pioneer Cheapo's Rear Stage: 6.5" Pioneer Cheapo's Subs: (1) Audioque HDC3 10" (3.0cu ft) Tuned To 30hz Sub Amp: Audioque AQ3500D Wiring: Phoenix Gold 4 gauge & Rockford Fosgate Circuit Breaker Electrical: Stock Alt, Stock Battery (Front) & Optima Blue Top (Trunk) OLD SPL IN CAMRY = 143.5db LEGAL @37hz (6/12/10)

X2, this and maybe it has something to do with you're amp, not giving it enough power. Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for. What would be a good amp that those could handle that wont break the wallet but be able to upgrade to some DC LVL 4's? Bigballa39213
I think LVL4 are too much for that car. Plus powering them are gonna cost. Not just amp. Alternator and batteries. So now to power a single LV4 $450 amp, $200 battery, and $300 alternator. Did I forget to add the price of the sub? 98 Chevy Blazer 4 Door Stock Everything The New Setup 1 - Pioneer AVH-P5200DVD 1- Pioneer DEH-80PRS 2 - Blues Audio 5.25 Mids ( On the dash ) 2 - Blues Audio BL8.0C Components ( In the front doors ) 2 - Blues Audio BL8.0 Woofers ( In the rear doors ) 1 - Linear Power 952 ( Dash ) 1 - Linear Power 2202IQ Modified ( Components ) 1 - Linear Power 3002 ( Rear Doors ) 1 - SoundStream XBP-10 Processor 1 - SoundStream BX-20Z 2 - SoundStream DTR1.3400D 4 - RE Audio SX12D4
